How Match-Seeker works?
Match-Seeker is an online dating service that provides a safe and anonymous way to meet other people. To use the site, you need to register - choose a user name (screen name) and set up a personal profile, by answering a list of standard questions about yourself and the type of person you are looking for. After you registered, you will be able to search the site and contact other members, and other members can view your profile and contact you. All contacts through the site will only show your user name (screen name), and never disclose your real name or email address. When you feel comfortable, you can give your direct contact information to other members.
Is membership free?
Yes! Membership to Match-Seeker is free. You can set up a profile and contact other members absolutely free.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes! Your privacy is important to us. Your real name and email address are never revealed to other members. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Can I change the password?
Yes. Log in, and go to 'My profile' - 'Change password'
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Log in, and go to 'My profile' - 'Change email'
I forgot my login and/or password. How can I find them?
Click on the link 'LogIN' and select the option 'Forgot your password'? It will request to enter your email address, and your user name and password will be sent to this address. If you do not remember the email address you used when subscribed, please contact us.

Do I need to have a profile to use the site?
Yes. You will not be able to search the website or view profiles of other members without setting up a profile. Setting up a profile is absolutely free, and you will be able to instantly contact other members, once your profile is set up. So why not join today?

Yes, it is absolutely free to set up a profile.
Can I change my profile?
Yes. You can change your profile anytime. Go to 'My profile' and select what you want to have changed.
Can I hide my profile from viewing?
Yes. Go to 'My profile' and select the link 'Preferences', then follow the instructions.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes. Go to 'My profile' and select the link 'Preferences', then follow the instructions. Please remember deleting of your profile cannot be reversed. If you are unsure about it, simply 'Hide' your profile from viewing.

How can I add a photo to my personal profile?
Go to 'My profile' and select the link 'My photos ', then 'Click here to add new photo'.
What kinds of photos are permitted?
You must be alone on the photo and it should not be obscene or vulgar. And of course it should be your own photo. We reserve the right to remove the photos we find inappropriate.
Communication with other members
Is it free to contact other members?
Yes! it is absolutely free to contact other members.
How do I contact other members?
When view their personal profiles, click on the link 'Send mail' and type in your message. You can also add a particular member to your Favorites, and then send messages from there.
How do I check if I received responses to my profile?
You need to log in, and then go to 'Mail'. It will show all new messages in the 'Inbox'. Click on the link with the name of the sender to read the message.
How do I reply to a message I received?
Click on the link 'Write an answer' when viewing the email from the member who sent you the message.
How do I find a message I deleted?
Sorry, once a message is deleted, you will not be able to recover it.
Can I stop some member from sending me messages?
Yes. Click on the link 'Block sender' in the Inbox, and this member will not be able to contact you again.
