'Match-Seeker' is a trade name of Soulmades Pty Ltd. Match-Seeker is an online dating service for adults seeking contacts with other adults (further referred as 'Match-Seeker'). Match-Seeker's website is www.match-seeker.com.

- Information collection and use
Match-Seeker is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site. Match-Seeker uses a membership system (further referred as ?Membership?), designed to offer its users a rewarding and personalized customer experience. Login to the web site requires the use of a ?user name?, which will be displayed along with their profiles. User names are selected by Members when they register.
